Dr. Phil's diet works like a champ. I lost about 60 after having my daughter, plateaued, then gained 10 back. After about a year of the extra 10, i decided to do the Dr. Phil thing. I'm back down to a comfy size now, and all the clothes i got to go buy after losing the initial 60 now fit again.
i don't look like i did pre-child, but i have a much healthier lifestyle now. and i have discovered the joys of fresh baby spinach and baby carrots. not to mention the fact that eating whole cucumbers can be very suggestive, aside from being tasty.
seriously though, the whole family is eating better. Dr. phil's thing isnt about cutting this or that, its about eating a healthy way for healthy reasons for the rest of your life.
congrats barbie. we'll be the babes of tht!

Our heads are down and we're lined up for the snap (should happen at midnight).

I was contacted to assist in organizing a communication group should the negotiations fail.

I've been doing that for almost a year with great success.

I'm still not clear on where we stand on the field but I'm pressuring the coaches and the quarterback for a play.
