I can’t believe how stressed out I am about this. My stomach is turning and I can feel the knot forming on the right hand side.
The bile is practically in my throat.
My head is throbbing and back is starting to ache.
It’s this not knowing that is driving me nuts. It’s the evasive, ambiguous answer to my question…the perpetual not knowing that is asphyxiating me.
Deep breaths just don’t seem to be enough. A quick brisk walk is not doing me any good.
It’s just getting more and more bottled.
If I were carbonated, I would have fizzed over the lip of the lid my now.
This is not enough venting for me.
I’m going to explode.
Or implode.

You might want to mention what it is that is on your mind - otherwise, we'll just watch in confused bewilderment as you turn into mush...

Constructive dismissal at work - no firm answers
enough of my own proof.

I'm subject to "constructive dismissal"
the above are my feelings on the issue.
I still am unable to gather a true collective thought about it.
I'm being proactive and searching for a new job. (almost clinched)
I have also sought legal counsel.

Whatever you do, make sure that you keep them guessing as towards your next move.

Have you requested constructive dismissal yet?
I'm not sure if it's the same as it is here. Here, for anyone uninformed, it means that the employee will be resigning due to intolerable conditions at work. If it can be registered as a constructive dismissal, employment benefits can be obtained, which would be unavailable in the case of a simple resignation.

No, I haven't. I don't know if that applies here. I will find out.
Perhaps, when I write my resig. letter I ensure that it says , "due to constructive dismissal..." ????

Barbie:
Both the employer and the employee need to agree that the end of employment was a constructive dismissal. Check labor laws for your province, and see if there is a set of rules around it.
You might want to speak with something like the department of labor, to see if they can guide you on this. It all becomes moot if you are able to find another job prior to needing any unemployment benefits though. Just be sure to get a nice letter of reference from a freindly party within your present company.
