Nope. It's not a new TV show (yet) but while I was reading though the local news, I couldn't help but notice an AP story from Tyler, TX concerning a criminal from my home state.

Granted, I'm not one to encourage suicide unless certain conditions warrant it. In this case, a "Volunteer" lived and died according to that nomenclature.

GO VOLS!

Read here. (http://www.zwire.com/site/news.cfm?newsid=1786267&BRD=1994&PAG=461&dept_id=226369&rfi=8)

First of all.
I would certainly consider suicide domestic violence.

Secondly,
I've been to the newsome market in ore city and had no desire to kill myself.

Thanx for thinkin of us KOL

Aw shucks...

The guy did the world a favor. He just happened to "volunteer" in Tyler. It must have blown his mind (pardon).

Any one from a state other than Texas whom visits long enough will eventually attempt to blow their brains out. Most of them succeed and find employment in the software industry. A little known fact. http://www.thehypertribe.net/ubb/biggrin.gif

I visited the Alamo. It was smaller than I had thought. I wonder if the cheesy gift shop was there when Daniel Boone was.

Woof.
If it's so sick, why are you laughing?

hehe i was born in west tx, lived most of my life in central tx, and now, for some odd reason, i found myself in east tx. And i have yet to visit the Alamo. I hated history class when we covered it, and visiting it will eventually make me shoot my brains out http://www.thehypertribe.net/ubb/biggrin.gif

Actually, I was thinking more along the lines of:

"Oh SHIT! I'm in Tyler and Sherrif Woody found me! Only one thing left to do...."

That's a compliment, just in case it slipped by you http://www.thehypertribe.net/ubb/smile.gif

HA!
Mudflap figured it out.

All us "so-called" Texans actually live inside a 2x6 studded/1/2"sheetrocked plumbers wall between Texarkana and Neuvo Laredo.
We painted the wall to LOOK like Texas.
Actually there's only 16" between Oklahoma and the Gulf of Mexico.
We can't fool you.
