Heart murmur maybe?
The dizziness sounds as if it’s coming from high blood pressure.
Oh, and merry christmas to you too.

I’m no doctor but I did stay in a Holiday Inn Express last night…..
But really, dunno about your dizziness. Still could be blood pressure related.
As far as heart skipping; my bro and I both have this.
He almost didn’t get into the military because of it. His comes and goes. Just so happens the day he went for his final physical, it was on a “goes” day.
Mine is constant. My heart goes “lubba, dubba, lubba dubba, lubba……*pause*………….oh yeah, I forgot………….dubba lubba dubba”………….
It doesn’t bother me any but it blows peoples minds that listen to it, especially doctors. They wanna put me in the hospital or some shit.
Heh.
A Lot of people have this problem and alot of the time, the cause will determine the actual terminology. usually they are just termed as heart palpitations. Heart Palpitations can be many things... a pounding or fluttering in the chest, the heart feeling like it's doing a flip or skipping or missing a beat. Alot of the time the heart will race at times as well.. sometimes there is an extra heartbeat in there..
Generally they are not a sign of a serious problem and can be caused by stress, extreme fatigue, or too much caffeine or nicotine type of thing.
However.... since it is accompanied by dizziness.. If i were you, I'd have it checked out... sometimes people will have palpitations and dizziness and it be a sign of another condition... or various heart problems actually. Better to be safe than sorry on that, if I remember correctly you are pretty young, which could be a reason for the dr. less than quick response.
Sometimes if the heart is not getting enough oxygen it can cause some moderate to severe chest pains, or feeling like someone is squeezing you type of deal... some people have dizziness... I believe it's called Angina.....
One other thing to consider... if you've been under a great deal of stress or something to that nature... anxiety.
people generally don't give this enough credit where credit is due for chest issues as well as other things.
When I was having panic attacks and anxiety problems... I could feel my heart "skip" and it would scare me, the more stressed I became, the more often it happened, eventually I'd find myself petrified, short of breath, dizziness... (the dizziness used caused by hyperventalation) even though I didn't consciously realize it's what I was doing... Some people get to a point that they actually pass out... which is funny, cause then the body takes back over automatically and goes back to normal breathing. Anxiety can cause the palpitations plus the dizziness.
Moderate to severe chest pains is a everyday thing to me pretty much.. has been for about 3 years now... all due to anxiety / panic... some of it due to damage of the muscles in the chest above the heart from it being tensed up so much... on thing for sure...... get it looked at.
there... that's been my longest post in a long time... you should feel special... I like talking medical stuff... sucks why i know so much about it sometimes... but..... heh.. whatever.. get it looked at... that's an order from Nurse PB. :)
