Why the fuck do women have so many damn emotions that one week a month. I mean do we not have enough the rest of the month so God decided "hey let's torture them some more" as if bearing a child isn't good enough. As of now I feel like crying for no mother fucking reason, I want someone to hold me, and if he does touch me I'm such a bitch he gets ill. WHY!!! Then guys have the nerve to say something to us about it during the time all these emotions are raging. What a NO, NO. They don't even realize what we're going through...not to mention the fuss they just brought on themselves. Does anybody know where I'm coming from?

I never have pms though...I can relate to the mood swings though, cause I have them constantly, but I think that's another disorder speaking.

Having a period is unfortunate.... try taking some remifem/ it helps with PMS! I like so many others here.. don't ever have PMS! Thank GOD! I don't mind having one, just wish it was a little different.. like happens all at once, doesn't just drag out over a weeks time... just go the bathroom.. sit there a few minutes.. clean it up... and that is it... would be my idea of the perfect period! I don't care, as long as it doesn't decide not to show up unexpectedly! http://www.thehypertribe.net/ubb/eek.gif and my mood swings like Rabble said are a product of a different disorder. damnit!

joanus - in my experience, keeping your mind/body healthy is the best way to prevent or alleviate pms.
as for the emotional stuff...i say go with it. its cleansing. that shit needs to come out...one way or another. i get into mad cleaning frenzies just before i start. very therapeutic & it keeps my environment happy!
but deadpool is right...sex helps. so does marijuana. and bananas & milk.
