Sunday I was in turmoil. Letting my emotions completely take me over and changing my thought process. It was tricking my imagination and making me think of things that didn't happen.
THT advice made me see that I was being a bit wrong in my thinking. What my friends did to me was wrong, but they know that. I was so focused on a solution/decision that would hurt them back that I wasn't thinking about what I wanted.
I can't thank you guys enough. I don't think I would have been level headed in my decisions if it wasn't for knowing this place existed and being assured I could get solid advice.
Thank you so much. Really--Thank you.

As the nosey one, I'm going to reply asking if you've come to a decision and what that decision would be?

I decided that lifelong friends are hard to come by, and I've never loved a girl this much. She told me on her own accord--she could have never told me. I'm digging deep and forgiving them both. It may take some time for me to completely trust them again, but that's the price I pay for this situation. The price they paid was seeing me this hurt.
I can't say for sure that they will never hurt me again, but it would hurt more to write them off and eliminate them from my life. I couldn't handle that.
It was my pride that was hurt more than anything. Mistakes are made in life...no relationship is perfect. Great advice.

I'm happy to hear that boats. It's hard to make that sort of decision, but I think you did what's right here.

It puts a smile on my face each time someone is "helped" here in THT. Some people look at a forum and say; "there's no way I'm putting my personal life out there for everyone to see". But what you get in a place like this (other than from a few fucktards) is a non-bias opinion. And some times, that is what you need.
I'm more than pleased with your decision.
Rock on boats.

Ahhh. I was wondering...
Smart move, boats.
One think to keep in mind, she is a person, just like you. Not a vagina that is to be owned by you and was to be pure and untouched.
Continue to see her as your equal and you might wind up with a great relationship.
I would also work real hard on getting over the trust issue thing.
I would bet some decent coin you won't have to ever worry about that.
I have to say that I am in a relationship where we have absolutely no trust issues whatsoever. It's nice not to dwell on such negative things. They will eat you up eventually.
