That is a Super Guppy. Originally developed for transport of Saturn V upper stage boosters from their assembly line in Huntsville, Alabama to Cape Kennedy for final assembly of the rocket. Also used for transport of SRB sections for shuttle assemblies from Utah to the Cape.
