Friday. If it's Friday, that means that I'm sitting here at work drinking my second coffee wondering how I'm gonna make it through the day. It means that last night was fun, but lasted way too long. It means that there will be more coffee in my future, much Mt. Dew, and probably a few energy pills aswell. It means I got but a few hours of sleep, my tummy's turning because of the coffee already consumed.

Ouch, my legs hurt. Not a sore muscle type hurt, just a general ach from the hips to the toes.

Looking in the mirror of the elevator this morning on my way in, I could sware both eyes were black. Not sure if it was just the lighting or if the bags are really that dark.

Luckly, Starbucks wasn't packed, so I still made it to work on time.

Damn, my nail broke. I really need to redye my hair. The red is starting to fade.

Alright! Enough's enough! I've been working on this damn project for 6 months now because I have to keep stopping to let other people use the damn optical drive. No more! It's mine. That's it, if it's not done today, an email goes out Monday morning saying it's down and not to request a disk so I can get this shit finished.

Too much taxes. I wonder how much it'll cost to register my car.

The frog's eyes are crooked. I oughta clean my desk. Glue sticks are handy but they sure can make a mess.

Smoke break soon? Damn, 20 more minutes. These people are probably tired of reading my random thoughts. I should stop now.

I hope the weather's nice tomorrow. Maybe Matt and I will see Finding Nemo tonight.

I want a new tattoo. Wish I had someone to draw me one. Holiday pictures should be in in a couple weeks. 6 damn months to get the pictures. That's crazy. Heh, she's cute.

Woohoo!

A ramble!

I love a good ramble.

What are you looking for tat wise?

your friday sounds vaguely like my

<marquee><span style='filter:shadow(color=green ,direction=160); width: 800; color: orange;'>MONDAY!!!!1</span></marquee>

except for the dyed hair, broken nail and tattoo parts

Venus- I liked that ramble. I was quite comfortable with that. It is the same stuff that goes in my head all the time. Especially at work. Mine is more on the lines of computer users not able to log in the network. Simple operations, not rocket science. You just need a username and password.

Aw karma.

She changed the account.

Always interesting, that woman.

This may take some time.

Billy, I want another dragon. Just trying to find one that will fit on my leg or shoulder. Oh, and then I have to find the funding for it.

A dragon doing what?

Climbing the leg or back peering over it's shoulder?

Just sitting there like a knot on a log?

Wings spread or tightly tucked or maybe loosely hanging?

Fire or no fire?

Pissed and serious or cute and cuddly?

Approx. size?

Want a good idea of what a tat will look like before going through with it? Get a mannequin from a dept store - they are not hard too obtain and are not expensive.

If you are contemplating a leg tattoo, get a pair of nude to the waist pantyhose in your size, put em on the mannequin. Go to the local crafts store, buy acrylic paint in the appropriate colors, and gel extender.

Take the pattern you want and copy it onto one or more pieces of paper, as appropriate to its size. Spray the copy with a good sealer - polyurethane works well. Once dry, slide it between the mannequin leg(s) and the pantyhose where desired.

Now paint the pantyhose, following your pattern. Let them dry at least over night, remove from mannequin, put em on. You now have a good approximation of what the tattoo will look like.

I've done this process for girlfriends, my wife, ladies who were willing to pay for the assistance, and just plain old friends. The most dramatic was a whole leg tattoo of a tiger twining around the leg and reaching up under the area usually covered by a skirt or shorts with one extended paw.

It is a dramatic effect, and fun to do. Doesn't cost much, doesn't really take all that long, and makes the choice of whether or not to proceed much better informed.

Alternatively, get someone you know to trace the pattern directly onto your skin (clean, dry skin accepts graphite paper pressure transfer readily using a ball point stylus) and color it in as desired with markers.

Tattoo's are very final - be sure you REALLY want to live with it first.

Sage advice. Mine helps me keep a friend with me every day of my life. The Colonel approved.

It was done when he saw it. He flinched at first. I think it struck his heart as much as it did mine.

I'm proud of mine. Have been since I got it.

Through me, Joey says "hi".

This wouldn't be my first tattoo. Yes, I know it's permanant. That's why I tend to put them where they can be covered if I so choose. Lower back is easy to cover. So would the leg and shoulder. I imagine by the time I'm old and wrinkly and the tattoo looks bad, I wouldn't be wearing shorts or skirts and tank tops anymore anyway.
Other people at the bank have visable tattoos on their forearms or ankles too, so that shouldn't be a problem.

Billy, if it's on the leg, just something crawling up it, on the shoulder it can be just sitting there, don't care if the wings are open or shut, fire is not nessissary, but ok. Not extremely big, but big enough for some detail. Deffinitaly not a cute cuddly dragon. I'm not a cute and cuddly person.

Hey guess what? I've finally joined the world of cable internet!

So Billy, are you drawing me a dragon or just way too curious about it?

Can't tell ya. You'll have to wait.
