I noticed the odd spelling of her first name. I clicked the link and got a very "PayPal" looking site. It asked for EVERYTHING. CC#'s, checking account #'s, PIN #'s, mother's maiden name, passwords, I mean every bit of info one could possibly ever have.
I went to PayPal security and showed them the letter.
They said,

Thank you for contacting PayPal.

Thank you for taking the time to pass this information along. We will continue to investigate this situation. This email is not from PayPal.

If you logged into this site you should log onto your PayPal account and change your password as soon as possible.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us
again.

Sincerely,
David
PayPal Customer Service

After doing a little quick research (as quick as dial-up would allow), the number one thing to look for in bogus PayPal emails is the URL. 99% of the time, if you click the link given, you'll see that you are NOT in fact on the actual PayPal site. Thanks again Wonder.
