the iraqi information minister has clearly 'made the pie higher' for anyone who intends to be blatently wrong with all their heart (in a suicidal+naive+optimistic sorta way.)
can you imagine what Iraqi 9-1-1 must be like?
Iraqi caller: Help me someone is trying to break in my front door!
9-1-1 operator: No one is trying to break in your door...everything is fine...infact our officers are currently at your location making sure that all criminals are hauled away to a dark jail cell where they will be tortured until we are victorious.
Iraqi caller: Please send an ambulance my grandmother has fallen and hurt her leg.
9-1-1 operator: You do not need an ambulance...your grandmother is not injured, she is very old and will die in the jihad anyway.
Iraqi caller: My house is on fire! please send help!
9-1-1 operator: Your house is not on fire...fire is the work of infidels and there are no infidels in baghdad! We defeated their shovels and drove them out with shoes !
