View Full Version : Spring Break -- sorta late.

My Spring break officially starts TOMORROW!!! Actually, to be a bit more specific it starts on Friday. It originally was SUPPOSE to start tomorrow but because we had so many snow days, they gave us a few more days. Since I had ALREADY bought my plane ticket, it does not apply to me!

I CANNOT WAIT TO LEAVE. Of course, I'm going to Toronto. I haven't seen my family in about 3 months. Also, even though I'm grateful to be able to live here in America, I CAN'T WAIT TO LEAVE THIS COUNTRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D

I have so much packing to do, since I must start packing all my clothes and stuff for the summer. It usually always takes me two trips to bring it all. I'll bring the rest when I actually leave. I have been trying to get all my shitty school stuff done that is due when I get back (OF COURSE), so I just haven't had to for anything, even packing.

I leave tomorrow, but I won't be around for 10 days! :) I'm sure you wouldn't have noticed, but oh well.

Why don't we in the work force get a spring break? It would up productivity, I promise! No more sitting just staring out the window at a beautiful day after 3 feet of snow...we could actually go enjoy it. After spending a week with a 3 year old, I'd gladly go back to work.

Venus, I know exactly what you're talking about. I had last week off. I had lots of fun with the kids, but got back to work this monday, and sort of relaxed. Did my stuff, and used the computer without anyone insisting that we do the Dora game instead, also, i did not have to wipe anyone's butt at work, or give them cups of juice.
