What's the deal? We have so many laws that if you turn your head your probably breaking one. What really irks my ass is that we even have laws that no one can enforce. For example, in my home state it is a crime to give your spouse, boyfriend, or a guy a blow job. I happen to like giving blow jobs, and I'm damn good at it, so why in hell would I stop because of a stupid, unenforcable law.

Another law that pisses me off is the one that if you have a child under a certain age and he/she decides to go out and commite a major crime the parent has to serve time.
99% of parents aren't teaching and/or encouraging there child to commite a crime. Most parents are teaching them against serious crime. In return for this, they get sent to jail because their child decided to rebel against them. Personally, I don't think it is serving any kind of justice because the person that did the crime is not serving the time. This isn't doing anything to punish the criminal/child.

Get this...I just heard on the news a few minutes ago that if your dog accidentaly kills someone that they are tring to send the owner to prison for murder. WHAT THE HELL MAN. Has everyone gone insain!?!

My mom always said find something you are good at and keep doing it... so fuck what the saw says! How can they tell you that you can't blow someone? What are they going to do bust in your home with a warrant to search for someone giving head? That's so fucking stupid! As long as you aren't like in a public park seeing who can gurgle the loudest i don't see the problem! Doing this driving down the road can however cause major accidents! Can you imagine going to jail and having to tell the other inmates you were arrested for giving head? as far as i am concerned they are just jealous it isn't their dick getting sucked! The problem with too many laws is that when you piss off a copper big time, which can be done in a myriad of different ways, dress, attitude, skin color, they can find a way to bust you. It gives them too much power.

A rightieous than thou plod who has got 20 different reasons to arrest you just for walking down the street is trouble.

Okay,
I'm not touching the blow job thing with a ten-foot pole.

But the law deal.
When you're dealing with personal responsibility of things under an individuals control the law is a terrible blunt object.
No finesse at all.

If your kid (or dog for that matter)reaches the point of degradation where it kills without just cause it is because you allowed it.
That is terrible law to try to enforce philosophically.
But unfortunatly its ussually applicable.

As for sexual nature.
That's that bullshit "you can't legislate morallity"

If we agree on a rule that says we will not allow people to kill each other. Then we are saying it "wrong"

I don't feel that oral sex is wrong.
How ever its not conducive to the reproductive process. Which mean that its not a threat to the unmarried.

Granted, there are some stupid laws out there. In Utah, you can still be hanged for stealing a man's horse. Come to think of it, I like that law. Laws here are getting worse. The Attorney General has just appointed a "porn Czar" in Utah. She is single, 43, never been married and *gasp* a VIRGIN!

My question is this.... How is it that this lady can honestly judge what is moraly sound for my community? I think it would have been better to maybe appoint someone who has bee, shall we say, on both sides of the fence. I've sent the same e-mail to my Governor everyday since she was appointed. He has only e-mailed me back twice. I've asked him nicely to stay out of my wallet and my bedroom.
