I'm in Calgary Alberta Canada. I don't like in an igloo though.

I'm gathering that most of you are in Texas.

I'm from Toronto, Canada. I'm actually in DC though at the momento going to school.

I was actually born in Argentina though, moved to Canada when I was very young-- moved back to Argentina for a number of years, THEN moved back to Canada.

So ya, I've lived in 3 countries so far. I REALLY want to live in France. I'm hoping that my future job or my significant others job will allow us to move for a year or two.

new hampshire, 20 minutes outside of concord. such a teeny town... but it's not so bad. i was hoping to move to california and go to college there eventually, but i'm leaning more towards boston now. i dunno.

mojo, i know so many people up in that area. well, more like 4 people. but we go up there a lot in the summer to visit them. they have a summer house on peggy's cove. so nice. wouldn't mind living there. how do you like it?

I had to think about this for a moment: right now I'm in Nepean, which is in Ottawa.

I'm originally from Hamilton, which is just south of Toronto, but Hamilton smells funny, and despite the Québequois I'd rather be closer to Montréal than To.

I'd like to be nowhere in particular. One day I think I'll just get up and start walking, but I have stuff to do first.

I as you might have gathered recently moved to the Houston area with Simon and SLH. I terrorize them both. I am from Oregon though. Born in Las Vegas. Want to retire to Mexico, in between, I want to be a gyspy lady, Europe is my goal for that. I want to learn. Anyplace that helps me learn a lesson is home.

"A survey of 200 cities by William M. Mercer Companies LLC, consultants specializing in human resources, ranks Vancouver first, tied with Zurick, in terms of factors such as economics, political stability, the environment, personal safety, health, education transport and other public services. Toronto was ranked 15th tied with San Francisco."

The one with that Arch in the clouds was taken from Tom Campbell hill, near the Zoo, one warm windy day in January 2001. Although not sunny (yet), the temperature had risen nearly 30 degrees in 6 hours. The word "chinook" is derived from an Indian word or expression meaning "snow eater", which describes well how the snow disappears when one blows in.

We live near the Smoky Mountains in Tennessee. Quite a beautiful area.

http://data2.itc.nps.gov/nature/index.cfm?alphacode=grsm

I have lived in many places, Virginia (Chesapeake Bay), Hawaii, Turkey,
England ( a very short time), and have visited many places in Europe as well as the US, and have spent some time in Victoria, B.C.
But for some reason , I have always come back here. I guess I must like it. I do miss the beach on occasion. Not because of tanning or any of the "normal" reasons, I miss the sounds.
