I want to change my picture, so can anyone tell me how to make the black turn blue (in either)? Is this the right forum for this?

No sweat - I would've done it more..err..bluish, but color replacement is a fucking BITCH since there's about 50 billion different bloody shades of grey that all look white until you zoom in.

Anyhow, if you're using photoshop just go to Image>Adjustments>Hue/Saturation, make sure the "Colorize" checkbox is selected and adjust hue to match what you want, the saturation and brightness to get some semblance of color depth.

If you're using something else like PSP, good luck. :p

I had tried it with the hue/ saturation, but I didn't think about changing the brightness and contrast curves. Now I know, and knowing is half the battle or something.
