i did all my meanness in high school, mostly junior, so it was understandably minor (compared to brutal assault, that is). now i am incapable of being consciously mean. what a thrilling addition i made to this topic. i'll just sit back and quietly judge you all for your past transgressions.

Pushed someone in front of a moving car. I was at a roller rink (this was when I was 14 or 15) and I slipped on a drink someone spilled and landed on my ass, and this kid stops, points down at me, and laughs. He then goes over to his buddies, they huddle, and burst into laughing. Needless to say, I was pretty pissed, so at the end of the night, when people were starting to gather outside cause the place was closing, I "slipped" again, and pushed that dumbfuck in front of a moving car. The car came within inches of hitting him, but the look on his face was enough revenge for me.

I played dirty when I was in the rugby scrum, ie. punch, kick, elbow the opposition when ref was not looking....wait, that aint evil, the entire team did this. One time some buddies of mine went slap-nutty, got into a cvar with a couple of bats and went on a car bashing spree. We clubbed the shit out of every Jap ,sport compact, rice-boy, 20ft high spoiler azian pryde-mobile we came across.

1997 - got into fight, put dudes head into wall....no punishment

1997 - beat down 2 kids with a baseball bat and waited for the cops to come..night in jail/lawsuit

1997- broke 1 kids rib with a crow bar..lawsuit

1997- attacked a punk mother fucker at the mall with a stolen baseball bat from the mall...no punishment(i ran away)

1997- got drunk and broke 12 winshields with a sledge hammer...weekend in jail

1998- plain ol fist fight..no punishment

1998 - same...same

1998- same.. same

1998 - you get it, that happened like 5 more times....

1999- fucked up some cock suckers car cause he was fucking with me...non punishment, lead to bit fight with like 5 of my friends and 10 of his friends...got hit in the head with a couple boots...

1999- stole someones car and drove it into a building cause he broke then winshield on my car...lawsuit still pending

2000- attempted vehicular manslaughter..broke his legs with the car...week in jail/lawsuit

2000- ok, this one is funny..i beat the fuck out of some dude cause he dissed me or burned me or something, i cant remmeber, but i kicked his ass, and when he was down i was kicking him in the face and i got arrested for attacking him with a weapon..my boot...LAWS STUPID.

2001 - aggravated assault with a baseballs bat..lawsuit pending.

what have i learned? i learned if i didnt stop where i was id be server 20 - life and being fucked in my ass daily.

not only the various lawsuits, and numerous days in jail, i have no decent knuckles anymore and im not allowed to touch baseball bats anymore..luckily, i have a kick ass lawyer and an in with the police dept.

i urge everyone to think before they act. which clearly, i didnt EVER do.

Forming a lynch mob on a field trip where some asshole from Panama or soemthing tried to have his way with a girl form our school.
Ridiculing this chick who gave me hell for not repaying her a loan. We had fucked a time or two, and she made a statement ot the effect that I was a whore, and the loan was now considered payment for services rendered. I came back with something to the effect of "Hey, at least I get paid to fuck, not vice versa.."
Flicking a lit ciggerate into the hair of some chick at the mall.
Screaming "Santa sells crack!" in front of the photo line during christmas season at the mall.
Throwing more beatdowns to more people than I can even remember.

That's about it I guess.... the rest of the stuff I did must have been while I was too drunk to recall any of it.</FONT c>

Hey that was you? you the short blonde bitch who had to have part of her ear sewn back on after she did that to me.. and before i beat her down... she was like " what it's just your hair, it'll grow back" wrong thing to say.... ass whipping.... handcuffs... 6 hours in holding cell.... and her 10 stitches later made for an interesting day... and to think i could have been at the club. Did it have to be intentional? I kicked a 3 year old in the head at the pub the other day (kid was playing around the pool table, I was on the table, not looking to see whether 3 year olds were running around, as, funnily enough, I don't expect people to bring their kids to the pub)- I felt pretty bad about that for the kid, I was really angry at the mother for being so stupid as to have her kid running around in a bar though.
Intentionally, I broke a girls arm once when she pissed me off...there have been others, but the six weeks in a cast kind of makes that the worst in my books.

That's what the DA & Judge told me.

Deferred adjudicated & $1700 later.
