I just sit and look at the water and trees and birds....

This mornin I layed around till after 6am and decided to go.

pigs...

the sun is bright orange, the sky is purple and out of the goat weed walks a big black pig

I lost interest in fishing...several pigs moved through the weeds
I followed close behind, never more than 50 yards and actually as close as 30 feet

No way in hell am I going to round up THOSE pigs.

Wide open spaces + feral pigs + mothering instinct = you'd better be able to shimmy up a tree....fast.

What would you say the adults weigh Mr. MAC? 450 lbs? More?

Billy I was trying to shoot the web cam but I missed....maybe I need a bigger gun...

Muddy, based on dead ones I've helped move I'd say most of those adults are around 150-200# and that biggest sow was probably over 300#.

But wait till I drink some and then it'll get bigger. ;)
