So...we lost our other machines in alaw suit settlement....
whatever...I just sat down and designed a new one.
Including the cylinder which I sent to a famous german company to build us highspeed machines.
They settled on a design that was "less than my expectations"
Its a good machine I'm sure (we bought some) but it wasn't what I had in my mind.
So.....I built my own.

Its +3X faster, more dependable, cost hundreds less to produce, saved dozens of man hours and uses my own special design (perhaps to be patented)

Well cash flow is still low at werk but the boss wanted to do something nice for me that he could right off the taxes....(typical)
...know what I get for my trouble?

the firearm of my choice (within $$ limits of course)

I am thinkin.....kalashnikov....

I go tonight to see the guy about it.

This is the best thing to happen to me in awhile, I think.
Success at my chosen task and a reward I would never give myself.

The very best kind of rewards are those given in appreciation of outstanding work.

Well Mac, that is a mighty nice rock tumbler you got there.

As for the rifle. Rifles aren't my thing. I'm more into handguns so I can't help you much there. I'm very happy that you are getting a little piece of the pie for a change. Enjoy your reward any way you see fit. It's your's and you earned it.

Good reward. That is a GOOD rifle.

Rock tumbler or some sort of MACish centrifuge?

MAC's brewing something. Look out world.

Wow. Exactly how many cans of paint can that thing shake up at one time?

Mac, bring that contraption to me and we'll balance that bad boy. It seems to be shaking the whole building. What does it register on the rictor scale anywayz? ;)

If you stare at the base, it seems to rotate clockwise.
If you stare at the top, counter-clockwise.

It's a Poiuyt!

Congrats, Mac. Besting German engineering is no small feat.

Update:

The machine is runnin good.
I am making some adjustments and gettign some break in on it.
Tomorrow we order 2000# of wire.
I estimate that to be about 20 days worth, but I'll comfirm that by the end of the break in period.
Knock on wood = its scary how well it runs.

BTW:
The new VEPR should be here on friday :D
