And yes, ladies and gentlemen, Asmodeus has another scar to parade around and tell at bars.
I was playing with the kids in class yesterday. I grabbed one of their umbrellas- one of those small ones with the spring in it that you press the button and it shoots out. Perty fun if I do say so.
Well, I wa splaying with it, hitting kids backpacks, etc etc. We all were having a grand ol time of it.
Then I shoved it down- reloaded it- and the durn thing has some rather sharp ends on it- no rubber coverings on it at all. Well, it sliced me like a razor blade sown to the bone on my pointer finger.
I didn't know how bad it was, I didn't even look at it. I thought it was just a scrape. It started hurting more so I gave the umbrella back to the kid and let them play hangman.
Next thing I know several of the kids start staring at me and pointing to the table infront ofme. I look down and there is a rather large puddle of blood. Yoikes.
That's when I found out I cut myself perty good.
And for those of you who have seem my movie projector scar- I got my finger, same finger, caught in a projecter a few years ago- the new scar will be right smack dab inbetween them.
Oh well...
