What useless shit is on your computer desk? Ya know, things NOT relating in any way to a computer. I have some chocolate chip cookies, 7 little matchbox cars, a little bunny rabbit sqeaky toy whos tongue sticks out when you squeeze it......

About 10 candles burned down into nothing, pencils strewn about... paper bits all over. The DSL modem, about 50' in cable piled on top of the printer, uhm... diskettes, cd-r blanks... and a lot of other shit. Nothing cutsie. Oh, and a dead plant.

AH i almost forgot, on top of my monitor i have two gateway cows, one Kraft Cheese Dairy Fairy cow (we have a gateway) and two plastic whales. And of course pinned on the dairy fairy is a pin that says "all you need is love"

-Quiznos cup that leaks and is now sitting in a bowl so it doesn't make my desk sticky.
-A glass with a napkin in it
-3 empty cans of mountain dew, 2 of which are in nice rubber holder thingies.
-Cup of tea I did not drink last night
-Melted ice cream
-A bowl with black jelly beans and a bannana peel.
-A screwdrive/ratchet set.
-Rubbing Alcohol
-Bottle of CranGrape juice
-A roll of TP
-A blue glass with some milk and some other semi-solid fluids that come from being very sick
-My tax shit
-Teeth whitening stuff
-Nail clipper and file
-Biology disecting kit
-Carmex
-Rubber Bands
-Climbing Tape

I clean once a week. Nothing more, nothing less. I eat a lot in front of my pc. I'm active, so any down is spent consuming food, which just so happens to be when I am doing homework/wasting time, etc. You understand, right?

ok at work my desk:

1. non-lit candle (fire hazzard)
2. plastic knife in drawer (concealed weapon)
3. tweasers (torture device)
4. nail clippers (another torture device/more painful)
5. crayons / colored pencils / coloring books (stress relief)
6. lotion (prevent chaffing from prison braclet)
7. cartoons (calvin and hobbes / anything tech related)
8. paper airplanes (used to identified morons in the work envirnmont)

At home:

1. lotion (prison bracelet again)
2. handcuffs (you prolly should ask / illegal erros)
3. nail polish (fumes ....)
4. lots of burned candles ( for the ritual sacrifices)
hmmmm let me think what else ..
5. prolly some moldy dishes (alarm / protection system)
6. fuzzy animals (used in the ritual sacrifices)

Piles and piles of agony and frustration.

Numbers I'm supposed top quantify and qualify that will be ignored and came from nowhere due to the inane nature of the request for me to produce them without the guidance or information to do so.
Sketchs, quotes, engineers to all degrees for projects that the bosas thought we should do because we obviously, have nothing else to do. Then didn't do because we were to busy.
Charts of unexplained $ arrived at by other people who have no fucking clue what it actually cost to purchase or produce our products.
Stacks of discs on which is exactly half of what ever it is that was so important that I had to have it on my computer but can't use because they won't fucking give me all of it.
A rolodex, which is the most important and useful piece of equipment in the office and could replace three other people.
A telephone, white, that only rings when I get up to leave.
A meggar machine ($2000) that no one new how to use until I figured it out. The guy who knew how to use it quit but first he lost the manual.
A pump that I told the boss was too small for what he wanted it to do. It was too small and now its on my desk.

I feel better. This was a good idea.
