I like it the way it is...

A little orange & yellow might be nice as far as accents are concerned to make it more infernal looking.

I'm sick of the beavis & butthead thing on the main page. Same goes for the music - perhaps a different song could play each time a person logged on? I think the Apache logo is ugly and gay looking. The linux thing is annoying too - mostly because they do not match with the color theme - they stick out and bug me - maybe change the colors so they blend in better?

I've mentioned before that reading too much of the red font has made my eyes feel like they were bleeding, so I feel obliged to at least attempt a suggestion here.

Maybe a little more red in the black and a little more black in the red?

Might i suggest getting red of mr. pot roast up there......the red on black is a bit annoying after a while even though they're my 2 favourite colours... if you need a new logo just ask and i'll try to whip something up but for the love of god please get rid of that big red blob. hehe.

How about a friendlier color for the main text? Not even necessarily this color, but a softer variation.

Just something somewhat easy on the eyes, yet doesn't blend into the background so easily;

This text is too easily skipped over because it's darker and anyway there's really too much red here in my opinion. =/

This is plain white, and usually after a while it gets to be harsh on the eyes against a black background.
