Jimmy the goat is soldiers' hero

BAGRAM AIR BASE, Afghanistan (Reuters) - The hero of a three-day Canadian sweep through the Tora Bora area of eastern Afghanistan is not an infantryman, nor a special forces soldier.
It's Jimmy the goat.
Soldiers from the Third Battalion of the Princess Patricia's Light Infantry say Jimmy took such a liking to them he "humped" all over the craggy mountains with them as they sought out cave complexes and took DNA samples from suspected al Qaeda corpses.
Every time local villagers tried to take their goat back, Jimmy would escape back up the mountain to the soldiers dressed in green camouflage and lugging back-breaking packs and weapons.
"The best thing about it (the mission) was Jimmy the goat," Master Corporal Calvin Schrader said on Tuesday. "We went up and down and he just followed us everywhere."
The villagers were not that impressed.
"He eventually got eaten by the locals," Schrader said.
Obviously he followed the soldiers because he didn't want to get fucking EATEN!
