The Symptom:

ALL of my images twinkle/sparkle/dance with white pixelated flecks... ESPECIALLY the color black in the images.

It does make for a cool effect in the pupils of eyes in my sig...

Well, if you're ever feeling saucy and you want a fantastic, easy as pie to use tool. I highly recommend TweakUI even if it doesn't fix your prob.

Here is some recent data:

The twinkles go away when I re-boot.

After about an hour of surfing the net they start to reappear.

Heh - for a while I thought that maybe there was some new speckle gif trend everyone was using...

It's not so bad. I'm only concerned that it will get worse and I will not be able to see the color black at all...
