View Full Version : a stoned man's adventure, and a question for yankees
i just got off work, i came home to an empty house.. where's my parents and dog? gone to the cottage, SWEET! right now it's sweet cause i decided to pinch outta my dad's weed bag...
i came to where he hides it.. sniffff? dat smells g00d... i finally found it, opened the bag and took a wiff... HOLY SHIT, that smells odd, but goob...i so pinched a paper-and-a-half joint... ate some pizza, talked to people... then smoked the J and listened to stuff about the CIA.. it's on ABc so i don't believe it...
ever see Half-Baked.. when the black dude brings home that bud from the lab... and he says, "i dunno how it is.. but it smells like da bomb".... this is it... to all you bud tokers out there... I'M SUPERMAN..
anyways, i smoked the joint and thought something.... a question to yankees..
is it against the law to shoot someone on your property?
say some ... damn someones on the phone....... 5 mins...!!!!!!.... 15mins...
okay, if someones on your property and you don't want them there... are you allowed to say, shoot em? i only think this is in some states.. if not, just say "your friends are retarded...or you?"
another thought... martial arts from china and japan are ancient... and in every form of martial arts it is only taught for "good", and never for "evil"....
(notice i quotation good and evil)
when i say never i mean rarely, ninjistu(i think it is... the art of the ninja is extinct... gone forever... and i've never read up on that art..(note: read up on that)
i take karate, Uechi Ryu karate... it's good for the mind that's all i say...
i feel like something good gone to waste http://www.thehypertribe.net/ubb/tongue.gif
i'm lost

......how about not smoking weed so in the future you can type out something actually readable.
Hold up Deadpool.
If it weren't for the stoned people how would ever have learned about important shit like: not pissing on electric fences...
not driving 60 in the median on the highway..
not trying to swim in your sleeping bag...
shit like that
Mute:
I don't know about Yankees (I'm from TX)
But I know a fellow who was talking to friend in his front yard when the friend slipped in water from the sprinkler and broke her leg.
He helped with the hospitol bills and evrything and she still sued him.
when it was over his lawyer told him
(and I quote) "the next time someone is injured on your property, get a gun and shot them dead. Its easier to defend you against murder charges than against personal injury liability"
Welcome to the age of mandatory Insurance.

If I smoked weed and told my master, he would try to impale me with a spear.

Ok, it differs state by state, but places like PA, you can defend your home and person without TOO much fear of legal problems.
I want to live there again, commonwealths have thier uses...

Zion code 76-2-405
(1) A person is justified in using force against another when and to the extent that he reasonably believes that the force is necessary to prevent or terminate the other's unlawful entry into or attack upon his habitation; however, he is justified in the use of force which is intended or likely to cause death or serious bodily injury only if:
(a) the entry is made or attempted in a violent and tumultuous manner, surreptitiously, or by stealth, and he reasonably believes that the entry is attempted or made for the purpose of assaulting or offering personal violence to any person, dwelling, or being in habitation and he reasonably believes that the force is necessary to prevent the assault or offer of personal violence. or
(b) he reasonably believes that the entry is made or attempted for the purpose of committing a felony in the habitation and that the force is necessary to prevent the commision of the felony.
(2) The person using force or deadly force in defense of habitation is presumed for the purpose of both civil and criminal cases to have acted reasonably and had a reasonable fear of imminent peril or death or serious bodily injury if the entry or attempted entry is unlawful and is made or attempted by use of force, or in a violent and tumultuous manner, or surreptitiously or by stealth, or for the purpose of committing a felony.
76-2-406 talks about me killing you over property.
76-2-402 talks about me killing you to protect myself.

Thanks Cruise. Excellent response. By the way, if I were to unlawfully enter your dwelling, what manner of force would you employ to stop me? For curiousitys sake, mind you.
Gosh, If I knew it was you I'd crack open a couple of beers and we'd smoke a bir fat lonsdale (cigar).
Other wise I'd use my electroless nickle plated mossberg (see RW's pic) loaded with 3" #4 ( please note: every other round is a sabot slug good for penetrating about 6" of hard wood in a home type environment....so don't make me shoot twice)
I have found #4 shot to be ridicuously effective up to human size game and at close ranges it patterns more effectively in the cylinder bore riot guns.
By the way, I have a good friend who is a cop who told me this story:
His sergent had been called out to arrest some guy who was hold up in a trailer house. It came down to making an entry through the front door. He was primary and took his shot gun with 00 buck. Once inside he found the suspect holding a gun. The suspect tryed to shoot the cop who is already pointing the shotgun at him.(you cannot out run a trigger pull. that is purely hoolywood shit)When it was done the cop had fired twice and the suspect had fired once.
When the news got there they snap a photo of the wall behind the suspect and it shows blood evrywhere and about 20 bullet holes.
Makes it look like an old gangster movie, you know.
Moral of the story, next time the media says that the police shot someone 11 times don't be fooled. It may not be what they want you to think.
FYI: A dog is still the most effective home security system. but you have to love it and care for it.

I keep the pistols locked up. Velocities and stopping power vary by gun and there's a good chance I would end up with a bullet throught the wall and my neighbor. We don't want that!! I keep a nice Remington Wingmaster 12 gauge under my bed. It makes a distinct sound when "racked" that would scare off most prowlers. Those too stupid to run will feel the awesome power of 3" mags from a shotgun. Chances of me missing are pretty slim with a shotgun.
