So...napster has issued the name scanner software for the napster program that prevents users from downloading certain songs.

Wow, 24 hours later songs like Eye Eagle Cherry and Limp Bizcuit start appearing.

Whoda' thought? Why do they even bother?

Cause the courts told them to...I think...or maybe they made a deal with ICAAN or whoever...anyway, they know people will get around it...and fast...and they could give a fuck...hope my assumption on which party you were adressing those questions to was correct...
