I've spent the morning on the phone with tech support trying to localize a problem I've been having with my DSL modem. We seem to have it nailed down but just to be sure, they're sending me a new modem free of charge.

I think I'll keep my ISP for a while :)

The power supply for my DSL modem was defective and could have burst into flames at any time.

Glad I replaced it.
