WHAT THE FUCK???

I don't know if it's my moniter or the page that's fucking up, but whenever I scroll down the page (it's happening on a lot of other forums I'm at too, but only ones with banners at the top), the entire screen fucks up...it's like the banners are being dragged down the entire length of the page, and it's driving me mad!!! Is this happening to anyone else?

Yeah, but it is almost always when I have been up for more than two days at a time. Seriously though, it happens to me as well. And I have no idea how or why.

The banner drags down to the bottom of the browser? You mean like one of those static watermark things that geocities has?
