Jiminy fucking Cricket I HATE WORKEMAN'S COMP!

I FINALLY got ahold of my claims guy. He is JUST NOW saying the check's in the mail for lost pay FROM JANUARY! Not to mention the lost pay SINCE!

I was supposed to have had that check ohh... OVER A MONTH AGO!

And after surgery I am supposed to be on temporary disability and get checks every other week. Well, 3 weeks have gone by and guess what? NO CHECK!

If he pays me what is owed it comes out to around $1600 or so... let's see if he does it.

ARGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sue, but dont sue for millions or nothing, just legal costs and what you should have recieved plus interest.
