There's this short list of things that will attract you or repel you from you love interests.
There's a huge amount of leeway in the fine details...
because thats what life is, fine details, and character out weighs them all.
Once the basic criteria is met, the potential for love begins to grow.

Squee's thread seemed to infer that this girl's sexual nature did infact reflect back to her other personal problems.

While I don't intent to discuss my behaviour in the bed (all you girls can PM me for that ;) I will say that i believe your physical relationship, including sex is something that can grow and change. It can even be altered.

This spiritual contact is what has always baffeled me.
The whole meshing characters and entangled hearts thing just seems to undo me every time.
You can't give your heart to someone who doesn't want it.
You can't take a heart from someone who doesn't want to give it.
Its the point at which I take things in faith.

Its where I value the phrase "I Love you"
Its when I use ideals like: celibacy and forever and respect.

But there's a world full of stupid, pretty girls who like to fuck.
There's a world full of rich girls who hate their parents and the emptiness of their lives.
There's more than enough hard-put abused women who only want someone who isn't gonna treat them like shit.

Most of those girls just don't survive the short list...
and I can't bring myself to play them for sex or affection.

(Funny considering my motto is "treat em like a prostitute";))

so where's the right woman?

I gotta believe that she's gonna cross my path and then run parallel to it for the rest of our days.
I have always had the strangest feeling that my path will lead me beyond TX before this happens.

Mines really easy

#1 Intelligent
That would be education + common sence tempered with awareness and understanding.
Beliefs and interest are the mortar that hold these bricks together.

#2 Healthy
Caring about what hurts you and what helps you.
Being realistic about your circumstances
while being driven to achieve your dreams
(Please note is doesn't make a shit what those dreams are)

Thats it...
Lady's that'll get you in the door with me.
It'll also slam that door shut.

I think it goes without saying that I'd expect the next mrs.theMAC to hold me to those same basic principles before she gave me a chance.

Till then its a long string of potential ex-mrstheMAC's and an on going dream about Toni Braxton.

hmm...good question

1.) Honesty - they need to not only be honest in their speach, but honest in who they are. I hate fakes.
2.) A good head on her shoulders - and when I say that, I mean exactly what MAC said in his post about intelligence, and she needs to be able to think and reason on her own, cause ditzes just wont do. Also, it means that they can't have any deep-rooted psychological problems that control their lives. Dont get me wrong, I am more than willing to be there for someone if they need me to be, but when they have issues that they allow to completely control every aspect of their life, I am not going to take the brunt of that, been there and done it already, and it is not cool.
3.) Attractiveness and Confidence - In saying that, I am not saying that I have to have some model wanna be. I want them to be comfortable w/ who they are and what they look like.

I don't have a short list, it dosn't come down to specific traits (although there are some I will not tolerate), but it is the sum of the person as a whole. As for the sex thing, when you are too old to fuck it is good company you want (and lots of money :D)
