The other side of this coin resembles caesars head.
Its about seeing and believing.
The simple fact is you see what is shown to you in all its intricacies.
And you believe based on how you interpret and percieve what you see.
We have all seen the obvious scenarios:
Kindness taken as weakness.
Consideration taking as infatuation.
Aggrivation taken as poor character.
While all these things are related and do stem from one another you can't see my face to know where it came from so you assume.
When you listen to someones heart for so long your heart goes out to them.
Often you wonder exactly how to tell them what you feel about it without "leading them on".
How do you console someone for so much misery when they have no one to hold them?
How do you share you own feelings on such a tender topic without opening up your intimate mind to them?
You can't.
So you share what you can and the mentality of the other party comes into play.
After you have shared and you have helped and you have bonded...your real life kicks in and you have to move, or change schedules, or get a girlfriend/boyfriend and suddenly you are not there to share the intimacies of that other person/persons.
And all the human traits kick in.
confusion, jealousy, anger, even heartbreak.
yes, heartbreak at the sudden distance of someone who's right here on your screen.
why can't they still talk to you?
why are they so busy?
what about all you shared?
who are they sharing it with now?
You find that so many holes in your life where filled in with hope that this one person gave you.
I think heart break is a fair word for it.
Funny how that works in a faceless world isn't it?
My advice on this is to keep in mind that the people who show you compassion and consideration should be allowed credit for that not distain for stopping.
We have seen successful relationships bloom here recently.
We have also seen a few fail.*
Considering that this is, after all, a place of human relations its natural.
In fact, its no different than in your real life.
All the same emotions, obsessions, longings, and treaties of peace after too much argueing.
So, I ask you to keep your relationships with each other in mind as you open up or retreat from active relationships/friendships.
There are things my closest loves didn't know about me till they read it here. And things I didn't know about them until I saw their reactions to what I had written.
This board is all about your mastery of your heart and mind.
Don't be afraid to share it for fear of getting hurt.
Don't be afraid to watch someone else change as they digest what you have given them to grow on.
But all things being equal try to keep it light hearted and enjoy those who can share their time while they can.
