Why?

Can someone please explain to me why it is that when I am replying to a thread, I lose my connection to THT? Nearly every time I have attempted to post a reply since vBB came in, I get logged off the tribe.

I finish composing my reply, hit <Submit>, and get the window that tells me I am not signed in. Of course, by signing in, I lose what I have just composed.

I am having to compose in a Word document, copy and paste most of the time now.

Why?

Look in your userCP and make sure cookies are enabled? I would also clear my cache and kill all the cookies in my system in case one was corrupt. Thats where I would start at least.
