I think I found something interesting to do this Friday on my day off. I think I will venture to the State Capitol and see this. (http://www.sltrib.com/02192002/utah/356136.htm)

I like the way this copy was found:

Lear paid $8.1 million for the document that was printed on July 4, 1776, when the Continental Congress adopted the resolution proclaiming the American colonies free of England. Only 24 were known to exist until 1989 when Lear's copy was found in a painting, bought for its frame at a flea market

It seems like a good use of my time. Report to come.

Norman Lear (http://us.imdb.com/Name?Lear,+Norman) owns the D of I?

See? Some things should remain unknown.

Jesus wept.

Edit: Oh! One of the original copies! My bad. You have my permission to enjoy yourself ;)
