2 actually.
1. i downloaded a dvd from Morpheus. it plays fine on my computer. copied it to a disc to take to my b/f's place because he has his computer hooked up to his tv...but a few minutes into the movie, it froze. he attempted to copy it onto his hard drive & play it from there, but a few minutes into it he got an error message saying that it was unable to complete the transfer (i don't recall the specific reason). anyway...the same thing happened with a music disc that i copied as data files from my computer to download onto his machine.
any suggestions as to what might be the problem? (my cd-writer, the burn program, etc)
2. (and this may be related to the above problem) got set up on a share network with my b/f & a few others so that we could access music from each others machines. i can download songs with no problem, but when someone attempts to download from my files it ends up timing out. (cable modem)
