damn mail server is busted
which means we have 50 in que all day long.. all fucking day.. since sunday.. and guess how many techs we have.. 25.. just fucking great

we even had several newspaper articles about it... and i have been screamed at so much i dont even give a fuck.. i have been told so many times that i have poor cust service skills i even told one cust he was lucky i didnt say stuff is broke and hang up..

i spoke to soon... i will not be able to post until RR gets its shit together

Kiwi dear, you never made claer if it is management yelling at ya, or the customers.

If it's the customers, you can handle that easily. Just blow it off as the rantings of an inferior mind. They are coming to you for help, not vice versa.

If management, go higher up. I could be wrong, but it's my understanding that RR is a good company to be with. And they have already invested time in you as an employee. it is in their best interest to keep you happy, seeing as how you are 1 of 25 people they have to do a tough job.

Just realize this, in the end, all that matters is that you have a GREAT life. look around you for proof of that. Even before you get to see us, your online friends, you'll see all the ones you love before you.
