Our current tax system is nothing short of a federal mafia. Our founding fathers are probably approaching the speed of light if you measure the velocity of which they are most likely rolling over in their graves.
Why the hell does the U.S. have a "Tax Court" set up to deal with cases of tax fraud and tax evasion? Because our Constitution has specific provisions against our current tax system. Having a seperate federally controlled court allows the government to ensure that our Constitutional rights will continue to be trampled upon to ensure their continued income of revenue.
The phrase "taxation without representation" has lost all meaning to the U.S. public. It is a sad situation. http://www.thehypertribe.net/ubb/frown.gif</FONT c>
