Is really pissing me off. Anyone know the registry setting to disable it? I cant find it. I know how to add them to the start menu, I want the toolbar favorites to stop doing it.

Thanks.

To display the Favorites menu, click Start, point to Settings, click Taskbar & Start Menu, click the Advanced tab, and then, under Start Menu Settings, select Display Favorites.

oops, i think i mis-understood you.

try clicking on any open place on the toolbar and select customize.

Chose the options under the Available toolbar options and add them to the Current toolbar options.

Thanks, Ive got that one. I shouldnt have said toolbar, I actually meant the options above that (File, Edit, View, Favorites, Tools, Help). Thats the Favorites I use that hides links I havent used in a while.

Sounds picky, I know, but I am a creature of habit and I want it to work the way it always has.

in internet explorer click tools->internet Options->Advanced. look around in the Advanced tab for (Enable Personalized Favorites Menu) and make sure theres no check next to that.
