Little Windows Problem

I'm Triple booting Windows 98, 2000, and XP on my computer. And when I shutdown in 98 my computer turns off like its supposed to. But in 2000 and XP it doesn't. its rather annoying. Sometimes I forget and walk away thinking the shit is going to turn off and find the thing sitting there with that stupid screen. Is there a setting for this??

Nope, Not it. It totally shuts down. It just dosnt turn off.
