how do i put sound in a post?

i was just wondering because when i was in the photoalbum thread i heard the music and wanted to know how....

For Internet explorer:

(embed src="file location" autostart="true" playcount="number")

If it is a video, you can also add width= and height= to give dimensions.

Replace ( ) with < >

Now, remember, dont use this.

help me
when i embed music.. does it have to be from the interenet, and not my computer?

Could someone point me in the right direction of a server where I can upload .wav files? (I promise not to embed anything, I just want to link to a few noises)

Also 'photopoint' doesn't seem to like uploading animated .gifs, any alternatives?

And......'The Predater' movie is on the box at the moment, what a classic........"I don't have time to bleed"

I would like an answer to that question as well. Ever since Tripod ganked me its been a bitch to find web space to upload and link to that isnt full of pointless terms or hard to figure out procedures. I just want an index to link from. (Im lazy)

Help me rape somones bandwidth for my own enjoyment at their expence.
