PLEASE..i need someones help in making me a few graphics...

is someone..i know there lots that can help out a retard like me with...

can someone making like, a flash 5 moving..thing, and/or a stationary, somewhat fancy graphic for my Fathers car lot's webpage.

if it could say:

Ludwig's Auto
Sales

(Sales being centerd underneith the first 2 words.)

ya know..fancy like, moving one and a stationary one if you could!?!?!? PLEASE!?!?!
