What exactly do you want help with? You state you need content but from what I see, you set this up to be about you. You are the content.
Put yourself in there.

One suggestion I do have though, your opening disclaimer seems to be the internet standard homepage intro, "This is just for me, if you don't like it, go fuck yourself."

It is a little worn out, screams of insecurity and is a turnoff to anyone looking at the page.
If you truly want people to read you (your homepage is "you", as you wish to be seen on the net), offer something a bit more unique for an intro.

Throw away the cookie cutter.

Do something we have never seen. I have never seen a site with the menu on the right side. Put some thought into it. Put in a web cam upside down. Add a fake guest book that messes up what people say. Make sure you toss in a link to Sister Taffy's site.
