Asylum VB is still down. Dont know if its VB or lo-key's server, though. Sorry.

Edit: Dingle is running a backup copy of Asylum VB on another machine(486) that seems to be running ok.

As I recall, the problem with the asylum was a server problem, not the VB software itself.

davers went down for repairs and is still silent

FCF is up and running fine (they did maintenance last night)

but.....www.birds.com had some trouble out of some assholes who spamed them with shit.
some boards need better security or sumthin

Hey guys.

Just to confirm what was already said, the vbulletin software has nothing to do with our main site being down. It was server problems that lo-key is having, purely hardware issues.

I'd say if you're considering vbulletin to go for it. It's good software, better in pretty much all ways than UBB. It's a good point to say "why bother", as UBB still works fine, but vbulletin really is better (IMuneducatedO). But it sounds like you have no choice anyway. Regardless, the switch to Vbulletin should be a good one.

Also, RW, you don't have to lose everything if you convert from UBB to VBulletin (going off your "start over" comment). You can save all the threads and shit here and convert them. Get a hold of Dingle if you want any advice on that.
