Post counts don't add up.

You go to diffent forum, and yes, I mean this site, you get a different post count.

What implications will this have when I reach the magic 1,000,000 posts?

Will I have to create a celebratory thread in every forum, or should I just shut the fuck up?

I don't think you shoul shut the fuck up. 1,000,000 posts is a very sad, but huge accomplishment. I think the internet as a whole should send you some cheese.

Thanks for the compliment Billyman, although I don't consider this work.

But er, as usual my point was missed.

For example, as of right now

Billyman, MFC 1692 posts.
Billyman, Q&A 1698 posts.
Billyman, Colloseum 1462 posts.

My point being that if you did find yourself approaching 1,000,000 you'd have to keep a keen eye on all the forums to see where you hit the magic number first.
