You know going a simple diet is a lot harder than most people think. I am trying to loose some weight and it is one of the most challenging things I have ever done. I now know how someone hooked on drugs feels. That double bacon cheese burger calls me at all times of the day and night. I know it's bad for me but it taste so good!!! Then you had this diet (rabbit) food that taste like card board..... (yuk!!!!) But it has no calories http://www.thehypertribe.net/ubb/biggrin.gif With some will power and occasional boot to the head by RW I should stay faithful to my diet... I hope....

I can feel your pain...I'm trying to lose weight too, but it's so hard because I barely eat anything to start with. I don't want to completely starve myself, but that's what I'm looking at...it's so frustrating...I can't eat very fattening foods to begin with because of my stomach, so I don't crave them, but I just can't get any smaller. http://www.thehypertribe.net/ubb/frown.gif

Well, you could always try the diet that worked for me. I even lost 80 pounds because of it. Get food poisening twice eating at an employee cafeteria, and live on Scotch, cigarettes, and Advil for the next three months. It worked for me. The trick is to stay just drunk enough not to care about hunger, but sober enough so as to not get fired from your job.
Let me know if it works for you like it did for me. And, yes, this is for real. For more in debth details just ask.

Keep in mind that most diets, especially the fad ones, are just a bunch of unrealistic goals. How in the fuck can a person be expected to eat naught else but grapefruit for 30 days??? That is just ridiculously stoopid. If you really want to modify your intake of food, both amount and quality, do it in steps. Less of a shock that way.
It may sound cheesy as all hell, but I'm going to use the new year to mnake some very important changes in the way I live, my diet amongst many other things..... I'll keep you guys....posted http://www.thehypertribe.net/ubb/smile.gif
And one last thing, calories are a neccessary component of life, no energy, no living....

It only takes 2750 calories a day to gain one pound of fat. Keep your calorie count below 2750 and you will lose weight. Eat what you want but keep the calories below 2750. That includes doublemeat cheesburgers. Unfortunately one cheeseburger may meet that quota and you'll go hungry the rest of the day.

I think you should just embrace your lard and be happy. Fat men rock...especially at disco dancing. http://www.thehypertribe.net/ubb/biggrin.gif
