Well, looks like Bill "Stupid as a stump" Clinton signed us up for this (http://www.un.org/law/icc/statute/romefra.htm) right before he left office. Many more thanks to him and his socialists/globalist/anti-christ agenda. I'm almost ready to stop letting the american people vote if they don't start making better choices...
