BRAN FLAKES!!!!!!!!!

now, while this may seem insane im curious what you all prefer when it comes to cereal and why... is it for sugar, or taste, or texture, or sound.... when you eat cereal.. does it fill you up.. do you drink juice with your cereal??

IS YOUR BREAKFAST THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF YOUR DAY??

Alas, I can no longer eat cereal unless I have several hour to recover from my lactose intollerance.

There's a silver-lining associated with my loss:

If I plan my diet correctly and time out the ingestion of my favorite cereal (with milk of course), I'm primed to unleash a barrage of gastrointestinal deviltry on my co-workers!

Honey Bunches of Oats with almonds are my current weapon of choice.

Well this morning I had 3 eggs, 4 pieces of sausage, 2 toast & butter, 1 biscuit, 2 glasses milk, 1 rasberry danish. I eat this every morning before work. After I eat this I wish I did have some bran in my diet.

Hmm..im eating strawberry mini wheats for the first time right now..they are OK. Ussually I just sit here at work and munch slowly on dry cereals like fruit loops, honey smacks and crunchy nut corn flakes, adding milk to cereal ruins it totally. Especially the sugar coated ones.

Someone said they had Pebbles?? They dont make them here anymore..that was the nicest and most sugary cereal I have ever had..yummm send me some http://www.thehypertribe.net/ubb/smile.gif
