You've heard the joke about Cheney actually running the country behind the scenes while George W. amuses himself with Tetris or whatever, right? The administration is attempting not to perpetuate this school of thought by keep W. visiable and Cheney "in separate, undisclosed, locations for security purposes."

That's my take on it, anyway.</FONT c>
