I believe that there should be a 100% inheritance tax. People should make their own way in the world, they should not be advantaged or disadvantaged because of the actions of others, be they parents or anyone else. Everyone should get an equal opportunity in life - to make or break on their own abilities. It should not matter whether your father was a president or a street sweeter, your position in life should matter on what YOU YOURSELF have achieved.
