Today, i am a nervous wreck. A girl from Chicago that i have been talking to for about 10 months is flying in to stay with me a few days tonight. She just kicks ass, we get alone better than anyone i have ever met. I guess i am just afraid that she will not like me as much in person. We talk on the phone almost everyday, and talk online all of the time. We write letters and send pictures to each other. I just do not know what to tell her or what to do. What if i am not the person she thinks i am? I always act like my self, love me or hate me, but for some reason what she thinks of me is very important to me. I know she is the TYPE of person that i would love to spend the rest of my life with. And even if it did work out between us, she wants to join the navy in a few months and i dont think a relationship could handle a stress like that.Any advice from people who have already been through this? I just do not want to fuck up something that has the potential to be so good in my life for once.

Get over this "I know her" shit.

You have seen the person without the environment.
She has seen what you think and feel but does not how you act and react to other things around you.

The test will be her and your ability to accept how the other person actually acts to there life and everything in it before she or you become part of that life.

Just relax.
Either it works or it doesn't.
You can't force her to act a certain way.
And if you have to force it, you're ruining it for both of you.
Start with what you know and wait for the rest.
