May as well start this forum out with an obvious question for this time of year.
So, vote (your vote is private) and maybe post your reasons. I'll be interested to see if this turns bad right out of the gate, or if there can be some discussion as to why you feel the way you do?

My vote goes to McCain in your poll and at the polls on November 4th.
I don't agree with him 100% but compared to the other candidates, John McCain's position on most of the issues most closely matches mine. So, he gets my vote.

You left out the only really viable candidate from the poll.
None of the above.
I see no one on that list fit for the office. Frankly, it doesn't really matter much whom we elect in 3 weeks - they won't serve for long. McCain will be dead of advancing Alsheimers compounded by severe stress if he wins. Obama will virtually certainly die of lead poisoning - the high speed kind.
Does anyone want Sarah Palin or Joe Biden in the oval office?
I say scrap the whole system and start over. Tripartite elective monarchy with an elected council of advisors barred by design from any one party having more than 20% of the council seats, or any party directly succeeding its own member in any given seat might work.
Divide and conqueor is good strategy - the US constitution tried to apply it to government. That hasn't worked terribly well of late - this is now a monolithic single-party state, it just pretends it is two-party to allow easier manipulation of the populace.

I dunno, who would be President if Obama and Biden met an untimely demise?

I'm voting for the Democrats this time around. Not that it really matters, however. I live in Utah where the Republican party could run a turnip for a candidate and it would win.
Also, I don't see myself voting for any incumbents. Since Congress is responsible for most of the decision making, I feel it necessary to show my disagreement with their decision making abilities over the past few years.

I'm Canadian, so my vote counts for shit. But as a socialist, I would be voting Democrats. (But most of you would already know that without my having to say a thing)
