I value separation of church and state as much as I value freedom of religion/speech. I think there's a fine balance and nobody can seem to find it.

Also, as far as the "Christmas season" is concerned-- it was the "pagan holiday season" first. Those oppressive zero-thousands Christian fuckers just rewrote Jesus' birthday as Dec 25th to slide it in there a little more easily while stomping out as many inferior belief systems as possible.
