I have no money "invested" in this company, but I do know someone who has close to $20,000 tied up in this company apparently, waiting for his rebates.

In case you dont know what this site is, it would charge you OUTRAGEOUS (10-20 times regular price) amounts of money for a product, but with the promise that you will get a rebate for it within 3-5 months.

double ouch. I knew this site was in trouble the moment I saw it.

There should be laws about that. A company shouldn't be able to just take people's money, then "go out of business" and not have to suffer the consequences.
